2) Choose your favourite product and purchase quantity, after confirming the order, then choose the payment method, remember to keep the deposit record.

3) Please send the payment slip to confirm the order

✔ Only accept the payment slip with our company's bank account number / online payment confirmation page / the original payment receipt issued by our company. If there is no proof of payment transfer, our company will not be able to deliver the goods.

✔ Approximate delivery date and delivery arrangement will be notified via WHATSAPP.

✔ Please note that SUN IMAGINE acts as a role of buying agent. If the goods are not ordered, the full amount will be refunded.

✔ There is a chance that the delivery period of the pre-ordered goods may be delayed. It depends on the supplier's inventory. I hope you will be considerate.

✔ The delivery charge is not included in the price. The company will arrange the delivery service by SF Express under freight collection. The company will first ensure that the goods are properly arranged before delivery. However, if there is any deterioration, damage or loss during the mailing process, the company will not take any responsibility or will not make any compensation.

✔ Please note that the company does not accept returns or refunds for any reason.
